Inspired by our hikes in the forests of the Cascade Mountains these lightweight earrings are adorned with a lovely pale green Jade and finished with Sterling Silver ear-wires. We etch the plates by applying a resist to the metal which then gets immersed in a mild acid which cuts the contours of the design into the plate. The background has a durable black oxide finish.
[One day,when creating a batch of plates the images did not work out. So I started mix-matching them and our customers have loved the earrings that contain two story elements ever since!]
